San Marcos Pico de Gallo Salsa 230g
Pico de gallo literally means "rooster's beak", because it has a similar texture to bird-feed texture and appearance of the mince.
It can also be called salsa mexicana or Mexican salsa because the colours of the tomatoes, white onion, green chillies and coriander are a reminiscent of the Mexican flag.
