Itacate Tacos al Pastor 7x300g
Tacos al pastor is one of the most enjoyed tacos in central Mexico, specially in Mexico City. Based on the lamb shawarma brought by Lebanese immigrants to Mexico, it is always cool to see the taqueros cut the meat with skilled movements, and see them topping the tacos with the cooking pineapple on the top.
How to prepare it:
Microwave: Heat inside the bag for 1 minute maximum power. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Be careful whem removing the product from the microwave, the bag can be hot.
Pan: Pour the contents into a pan and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes
1 pack serves up to 7 tacos.
Tip:
Top your tacos with very finely chopped coriander and raw onion and your favourite salsa (green is highly recommended).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3 days.
Prepared food: pork, onion, achiote (sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate as preservatives, E129, E102 Tartrazine, E133 as colorant), water, white vinegar, natural orange juice, natural lemon juice, garlic, chicken broth, coriander and ground black pepper.
